Delivery, cancellation and billing corrections
AdaptiveCore is a digitally delivered service; no physical shipment is required. Service availability begins after the applicable account and plan activation steps are completed.
Customers can manage or cancel future subscription renewals through the customer billing experience. If you believe a charge is duplicate or incorrect, or the subscribed service was not made available, contact support for review. Any refund or billing correction is determined from the transaction and service circumstances and applicable law.
