Information used to provide AdaptiveCore
AdaptiveCore may process account and organization information, service configuration, authorized device or project identifiers, service usage, and security telemetry that customers submit or generate while using the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate customers, deliver and secure the service, measure plan usage, investigate operational or security events, provide support, maintain required records, and administer subscriptions.
Payments
Payment transactions are processed through our payment provider. AdaptiveCore does not need customers to send payment-card details to customer support.
Security and retention
We use technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the service. Operational and security records are retained according to service, security, billing, and legal requirements. Some evidence may be retained longer when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or compliance.
