Service
AdaptiveCore is a digitally delivered cybersecurity monitoring and analysis service provided by DSS United LLC. Features and usage limits vary by plan and are displayed through the service or purchase flow.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions at the price and billing interval shown before purchase. A subscription continues for successive billing periods until canceled according to the customer billing controls.
Cancellation and billing concerns
Customers may use the customer billing experience to manage or cancel future renewals. If a charge appears duplicate or incorrect, or the subscribed service was not made available, contact og196@yahoo.com for review. Refunds or billing corrections are determined from the transaction and service circumstances and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Customers must use AdaptiveCore only on systems, networks, data, and accounts they are authorized to monitor or protect. The service may not be used to gain unauthorized access, evade security controls, harm third parties, or violate applicable law.
Cybersecurity limitations
No cybersecurity service can guarantee detection or prevention of every threat. Customers remain responsible for appropriate access controls, backups, updates, incident-response procedures, and other safeguards suitable for their environment.
